Program is always held to under 350 homes, guaranteeing
individual attention to your beach investment.
We are committed to providing you the very best care possible
for your vacation home. Our Xperience with homeowners has made
it our policy to pay you monthly. Property owners' checks for
vacated units are mailed every month.
We pride ourselves in our Xcellence in cleanliness. Our in-house
housekeeping team professionally cleans your home and condo
after each rental with Xceptional attention to detail. When your
cottage needs maintenance, our Xemplary staff knows where to
find the best and most economical services available. We'll
rectify the situation promptly and professionally and send you a
bill for the Xact amount we are charged.
We add no Xtra handling or service charges and accept no
commissions from maintenance contractors. We Xceed current
standards for cottage inspections and our team of Xclusive
inspectors check and inventory your home several times a month.
Our company policy is to hold security deposits after guest
departure until we inventory your home. When you join our rental
program, we register the make and model of every appliance in
your home and we check for weather damage, theft and vandalism.
To top it all off... Nags Head Realty has an Xciting new online
reservation service and world wide web site! Your home is
prominently displayed on our web site where we Xtol the virtues
of your unique OBX home.
